top bar position different on different devices

Using Pinnacle premium theme, http://www.growthresourcesonline.com – home page (which is the only page I’m working on right now – the others aren’t yet fixed) top bar on one laptop is perfectly situated above the picture so it is easily readable. However, on another laptop the topbar (before scrolling) sits a bit on top/over the picture so that some of the words aren’t legible.
How do I fix that?
