I need a static page with a fixed background image

Hello Kadence team,

Here I am again! I am trying to do add a big image in a static page as a fixed background image (I know, is a simple thing to do, but somehow is not working for me) I have tried using CSS and it doesn’t work, I have tried using page builder and editing the display layout design by adding a fixed cover image, but that didn’t work either. Maybe I am confused, but I just want the page to show the image (full width and cover) with the menu and my logo in the header (as you can see in the home page rightnow) and the footer (there will be no wording or content on that page, besides two links that I will place on the center of the image). Here is the CSS I tried:
