Shrink to a different logo

Hello!
Is there a way to change the logo when shrinking? My client has a stacked logo, three lines of text and a graphic, that he’d like to use as the starting logo. When the header shrinks, he’d like the logo to change to a different image, with just one line of text so it’s more readable.

I know that site is done in a different theme, but I like Virtue and don’t want to change. Can I make this happen in Virtue Premium?
