Kadence Importer don't work

Hello,
I’ve installed Virtue Premium whit api key in this domain: http://www.lagomaggioreziplinetrail.it
I’ve installed Kadence Importer and all plug in for use it.
Page Builder Activated
Woocommerce Activated
Kadence Slider Activated
When I start the installation of one of the four themes,
I have the string “Please Wait. This can take up to 10 minutes.” for 30 seconds but nothing happens.
The contents are not overwritten, can you help me?
Now there are a cooming soon plug in but “Kadence Importer” but it does not work even if disabled.
