Unable to Update theme to the latest version

Greetings! Thanks for a wonderful theme.
We are having issues with Pinnacle, some elements of the backend are inaccessible since the last update we ran. Furthermore, we are unable to access the theme updates page. We get a 404 page. With the new woocommerce version out we are eager to resolve this issues asap. Please advise.
When trying to access this page: *Login to see link we get the following message.

It looks like this was the result of either:
a mistyped address
an out-of-date link
incorrect permalink settings
