Portfolio Carousel disappears on Full Width Stretch Layout

I have a portfolio carousel at the bottom of the home page. When I have the layout (through Page Builder) for the row set to “Full Width” the carousel is visible, but when I change the layout to “Full Width Stretched”, the carousel is no longer visible. Any ideas as to what I have messed up? I will post link…
