Top margin removed when using Page Builder

Hello,
I’m trying out the Ascend Premium theme and am experiencing a strange behavior. If I create the content of a page without page builder, there is a 30px top margin on the .container #content main div, but if I add a PageBuilder row, the top margin is overwritten by a LESS style:
*Login to see link (uses page builder, no margin on top of the main content container)
*Login to see link (does NOT use page builder, 30px margin on top of the main content container)
I can’t seem to find where I can change this setting.
