Advanced Settings (CSS) All Disappeared

This is very troubling. All my Advanced Settings (CSS) — I had a lot — have disappeared. I noticed this today after activating the topbar to add a couple of icons. Following this I visited the Advanced Settings page because I wanted to add some more CSS, and the entire configuration is BLANK. All was OK a couple of hours earlier since the site looked good. Now the site looks totally different — that is, no custom CSS.
One item to note, which may be related. Since activating the Premium version on January 16, 2017, I have not been able to enter “Update API License Key” in the plugin panel. When I try to save the key and email address the response is “Invalid Instance ID”.
Would really appreciate some help since site is live! Thx.
