Favicon and Logo Location

Im using Cloud Flare to give my site a HTTPS address. It is giving me a few mixed content warnings that ben noticed before. The main culprets seem to be the favicon, site logo and social media images. Could you please tell me which files to look in in my CPanel to change the src= address from “http://” to just “//” which is what the cloud flare plugin requires.
