Duplicate content onto page without using iFrame

Hi Kadence,
I was wondering if you might have a solution (could be javascript/ php) to extract/ call content from another wordpress site that we manage other than using an iFrame.
I have tried using iFrames, but they are not reflexive and will create a situation where there’s a scroll bar within a scroll bar.
It’ll be great if you can help. Cheers!
