Mobile Menu drops down over page content

On one of my websites, the mobile menu is dropping down over the page content when the menu icon is activated. Also the menu items when dropped down aren’t linking to the pages. On my other sites when the mobile menu icon (three lines) is activated the menu expands down and the page content falls below the menu as it should. I have removed the menu temporarily til sorted but now just have a footer menu so need to sort it quickly. Thanks.
