centre logo left and right menus, cant display both on mobile

I have a centre logo, using both left and right menu options (3 either side). But I don’t seem to be able to have both left and right selected for mobile navigation, it will only allow selection of and display of either the left or the right menu. This seems odd, or have l done something wrong?
