Header image doesn't resize

Hi!
I’m using Virtue Premium with SiteOrigin page builder for my site: *Login to see link
The homepage haeder image doesn’t resize when i change the viewport.
I’ve written to SiteOrigin support and this is their reply:
“Something seems to be adding the class kt-panel-row-full-stretch to the header image, which is a full-width row. It looks like this is coming from your theme. Would it be possible for you to contact Kadence Themes and ask them if they can take a look at this class. It might be conflicting with something from Page Builder 2.5.”
