Woocommerce 3.0 Update Issues (CSS)

Hi Ben,
Thank you for the great Theme. I absolutely love it.
We just did our main update from our deployment server this month and we have had quite the day fixing all the issues Woocommerce 3.0 and other plugins updated for Woo 3.0 compatibility have caused. The issue we are experiencing with Virtue is the smallest one of them all, but still an issue for us. So, thank you for any help you can provide.
Issue 1: On the Order Received page that the customer sees (/checkout/order-received/)
Any message that payment plugins display is misaligned See Here(*Login to see link
Previously Thank you messages and order instructions would be displayed on a new line, but after the update, they are not.
Issue 2: The “Out of Stock” overlay that the theme generates when a product is out of stock is now misaligned. See Here(*Login to see link
Any help or theme updates you can provide would be great. Thank you.
