Urgent – Manually update theme Virtue- Site whent blank

Hello
I just tried to update theme Virtue, followed the instructions here: *Login to see link and at first I received a notification that the theme all ready was installed and there for could not be installed (despite me following instructions and just having deleted it), I then re-tried and made sure theme Virtue was deleted – then got and 404 error message.
After that I open up my dashboad in a new tab, log-in and tried the whole process again – step by step – and now my site when totallay blank and I can not access the dashboard or view the front end.
Please help.
