Mobile Header and Menu Needs to Stick

Hello all,

My site looks great in mobile, but I’m confused once again in the Mobile menu settings about how to make my logo and the mobile menu “stick” so it stays put while you scroll down the page. My settings now is that everything moves when you scroll down the home page and even the “scroll back to top” arrow icon thing no longer shows so you can’t quickly move back up.

The way it all moves now is that I’m going to have to place a full footer menu at the bottom so you can click on other pages when you are at the bottom. And where is the setting for the “scroll back to top” icon to show also?
