Add Time to the date area on a post

Hi I would like to add the time to the date area on posts on my site.
I found out that if you go to in the settings/General/date choose a custom date format and add “l, j F Y, G:i” to it you can see the time as well however although this now shows on the settings page it still wont show on the posts themselves – *Login to see link
Can you please advise if this is possible.
