Adding an image to menu tabs

Hello,
Please disregard the message below. I misinterpreted my client’s request.
I have not found an answer for this in forums, Appearance options, and Theme Options. My client wants an image of her logo (graphic depicting a stylized red lotus flower) to appear on all menu tabs.
The favicon added to the browser tab (with advice from forum — thanks!) is the image that my client wants to be displayed on her site (*Login to see link
How might I add this image to each menu tab?
