Can I upload to WooCommerce 3.x now

Has there been enough time to go ahead and upload the latest WooCommerce now? I’ve been waiting since I saw a post from you guys about waiting til the dust settled. I’ve been getting “invalid vendor account” from a few folks who have tried to order and was wondering if that is due to the fact I haven’t l upgraded to the latest. /Bob
