Help with product drop-down menu, text, hover etc

I have an issue I can’t seem to fix on my product drop down menus. On all the products, the drop down menu to choose the variables is white, with white text. The actual text can only be seen on hover where it has the blue hover color on the BG. I included a link to a photo. I have looked through all my settings and can’t figure out how to fix the issue. Perhaps it is something I need a custom css or something? Please, any help would be greatly appreciated.
