Disconnect internal links from blog comment section

Hello,
This is probably a simplistic question, sorry!
When I make internal links from one blog post to another, it shows up as a long wordy paraphrase in the comment section of the linked blog post. How can I get these to disappear? I only want reader’s comments and external website linking to show up in the comment section (not my own internal website links).
