Kadence Importer Parse Error

This morning I have been playing around in some test sites I have hosted with Godaddy’s Linux hosting and I wanted to import some demo data for Virtue. I have an up to date core, and My premium Virtue theme has been installed and updated. I have also tried updating my version of php as well but I still get the following error when I try to activate or use the importer. No other plugins are enabled at this point.
