I am using a stick header.

When the user in the checkout process she/he is obliged to click various checkboxes. “I agree with the generell terms and conditions” etc. (german law). I the user forgets to do so, woocommerce prints out the following message and jumps to it:
<ul class="woocommerce-error">
<li>Die Zustimmung zu unseren Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen (AGB) ist erforderlich.</li>
<li>Sie müssen die Widerrufsbelehrung akzeptieren</li>
</ul>

The problem is now that the sticky header overlaps the error message, that is the “jumping to the message” should be further to the top.

Notice the scrollbar and the red error box in each scrennshot.

How can I solve to problem. Maybe some CSS trick? Simply jumping to the top of the page instead of the warning box would be acceptable, I guess.
