My theme changes to weird colors in Customizer

I have been working on a website with the Ascend theme and it started at some point a few hours ago when I would go into the Customizer to change a setting, the nav colors would change without reason and the font. It would only go back to my setting if I went into Theme Options and change a setting. I have come to find that new Additional CSS changes in the Customizer do not work.

I need this fixed as I can’t do additional css changes.
