Kadence Slide Pro – Video slide not working on iPad & iPhone

Hello, I am having trouble displaying cinemagraph slide on iPhone & iPad pro using the Virtue – Premium Child. Works great on the desktop. Any info on how to get the videos to load on mobile.
I’ve also created a mobile slide with a square version of the cinemagraph .mp4 & .webm version. Ive also selected the mobile home slider feature to on and selected the correct slide. Ive flushed the cache after each attempt to change settings and it will not display. It looks like it wants to load, you can see script working briefly and then nothing.
