Hello, everyone!

I know that there’s a specific link for FAQ regarding post title which can be found here: But as mentioned from my previous posts, I am not a programmer and have limited knowledge when it comes to web dev and design.

My question is for contact form found here: Here are my settings:

Basically, the form is working and I’m getting it except it doesn’t have the attached file:

Even the temporary folder does not contain anything:

I hope any of you guys can help me. 🙂 Thank you in advance!
