Kadence Slider Pro – glitches a lot

Hi, I use this all the time and I’ve had strange things happening. Today, I started editing one of four slides a colleague of mine had done, I noticed there were options for a text background box, colour, border, etc. Then I downloaded new fonts to change the style, came back to it made the text box transparent and changed the font and saved it. It looked fine. I went back in to add one image and then all the text on all 4 slides disappeared. It is not the first time I have problems with the Slider Pro. I’m all up-to-date with everything and the image was set as the background. All layers just disappeared and all slides. And the options for a textbox are no longer there.
