Parallax scrolling past slider/fixed objects

Hello again,
Using the Revolution Slider that came with Virtue Premium, is there any way I can replicate the effect the Home Slider on the site mentioned below?
I.e. where you scroll down, and the entire slider and objects/text stay in place, and then disappear as you scroll, as the rest of the site is revealed below?
I’ve tried everything with the Parallax settings, but the closet I can come is 51% and the object don’t stay fixed.
Basically, I need the text to stay fixed, and the background image to Parallax 100%…
Any help would be appreciated.
