Have secondary menu on specific pages

I’m creating a woocommerce website. I want the main menu to have links to Clothing, Swim, Accessories, Sunglasses, etc. When someone clicks to the Clothing page I’d like to display a secondary menu beneath the main menu with Dresses, Tops, Bottoms, etc. I see how to create a secondary menu but I don’t see how to set that menu to only appear on its parent’s page. Is that possible? I can send a link if it helps explain what I’m looking for. Thanks!
