Home Slider and Contact us Are not correctly displaying

I am having trouble getting the home slider and the contact us page to display correctly.
On the home page the slider is small and then goes to the correct size after scrolling.
On the Contact Us page – the same thing – the page only displays correctly after you start to scroll.
I had issues on the other pages but just put them to stretched in the layout – I don’t have those options on these pages – they don’t use Page Builder.
