Show sticky secondary menu on mobile too

Good Afternoon,
I currently have a setup where I use the Primary navigation and a sticky secondary navigation. This works and looks great on desktop.
The primary navigation is also used as the mobile navigation which is fine however I would like the sticky secondary navigation to show on mobile too.
Is there a way to do this?
I’ll try to send a screenshot shortly.
