Custom 404 page looses formatting

Hello Kadence,
I hope you can help: I’ve created a custom 404 page: *Login to see link ining/page-not-found/ and all seems fine until I get an actual 404 result from a mis-typed address. My custom 404 page appears, however the formatting of the copy isn’t there (padding, text alignment etc.) An example is here: *Login to see link ining/filename/
If you have any suggestions I’d be really grateful,
