Image Menu Item – Opacity & Padding

Hi K-Team,
On the image menu item’s I am having issues trying to change the opacity of the title and description as well as the padding of the title. I am looking for the same transparency as the slider has.
Here is a link to a test page I am working on. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
