Hey Kadence,

There is a small issue with my site, no idea what’s causing it, so wanted to reach out to you guys first, to see if something in my theme settings could be causing the problem.

I have a registration form on my website, that asks people to upload a photo, pdf and other files. However, this functionality totally doesn’t work on my website.

I’ve tried different plugins to rule out one being broken, but no matter what I use, I can never get the file upload function to work for the users of the site. When editing the pages, gallery functions are fine for me, but for the actual front facing website itself, there is no option.

I’m not looking for 3rd party app support, obviously, but could something in Virtue Settings be causing this? Is there some Virtue software running that might disable file upload? If there might be something, do please let me know so I can disable it.
