Top Bar height problem

Hello !
I really love the Virtue Theme but I can fix an issue :
in the top bar, I would like for my logo and the widget to appear on the same line to have a smaller height on the top bar. Is it possible ?
Also, is it possible for the widget to disappear during scroll (I use the sticky top bar) ?
