Mobile Menu Display Problem

I am having trouble with my mobile menu not displaying. I would like to show the burger icon on the left side (as ussual on the virtue theme) and is not showing nothing.
All the setting I think that are OK, is not the first time with this theme and I copy the same config as other sites by me.
Any reason or help to fix it?
