Product name change

Hi im not sure if this is a theme related question but I have a plugin installed called woocommerce subscriptions and I want to change set terms set in a product name. Now I want to change “R30.00 for 1 month and a R90.00 sign-up fee” to “R30.00 per month and a R90.00 Once off sign-up fee”

I found the code `

once off sign-up fee + R80 delivery =R200 in total.

I placed this first into the functions.php and then created a functions4foo.php file but the change does not reflect.
What am I doing wrong. The Only method to edit this is through code. Please any assistance will be appreciated . Thank you in advance
