Replace desktop menu with Mobile Menu & add menu to Revolution slider

Hello Ben and company,
I am trying to replace the desktop primary menu with the mobile menu with the 3 lines on all screen sizes. I basically want a collapsed menu. I would also like the menu to be on the slider. The perfect example is this website: *Login to see link
I have the necessary CSS to remove the primary menu and logo if necessary but what I wrote above is really what I would like to do. I know how to add the logo as a static layer on the slider so eliminating the logo from the Header may be necessary.
