Contact form not sending email

Hi KT Folks,
I’m using the Pinnacle Premium Contact template, have the email address I want the Send button to direct form contents to, but the email isn’t getting delivered (page is project908.com/contact).
I looked through the Forum for others experiencing this issue, and there was a thread back in May where you referenced instructions under Theme Options> Misc Settings…but in that settings screen there aren’t any Contact Form-related fields. Am I missing something that’s probably right in front of my face?
