Cannot update Rev Slider

We cannot update our Revolution Slider.
We went to the Rev Slider Support and they said, and I quote:
“To update the plugin when it was included with your theme:
Contact your theme’s author and ask them to send you a copy of the latest version of the plugin. This will be a “zip” file named “revslider.zip”.”
Is this something you can provide? on my account downloads page?
