Staff Grid Layout

Hello
I am working on my staff grid right now and i am having a bit of an issue with everything aligning.
I have tried setting a min-height on the staff-header, but I don’t really like the way min-height solves the issue due to excessive spacing where it isn’t needed.
Is there a way to instead make the excerpt box limit to a certain height? I got it to work previously, but then i lose the “read more” feature.
