Trouble with the kadence slider

What I am wanting to do is have a different slider for mobile, and desktop.
Desktop seems to be working fine for now, but I can’t get mobile to work… I want the background image there the way it is, but I want the graphic in the front to be approximately the full width but centered vertically and horizontally.
Also, I would like for the logo in the top to not show up on the home page until i scroll down…
Are these things possible?
