Shop continuously deleting inventory

Hi team,
Having a problem lately. Shop on my subdomain (shop.ihealtgup.com) seems to be continuously deleting inventory from the store. I manage to go into the store and restore the deleted items, but this continues to re occur. The last time it happened the shop wasn’t displaying images on the shop pages as well. When I went in to see product images everything was there(no missing images).
Please help out.
