Woocommerce Refund email problem

The refund email that is sent to customers is all greyed out. No changes can be made and the verbage is wrong…The “Full refund email heading” says “Your order has been partially refunded”. Al of the other emails look OK except that the Cancelled email doesn’t get sent anymore. I don’t even see the file “woocommerce/templates/emails/customer-refunded-order.php” in the WC plugin edit…or any email templates!
