My site is currently displaying a page title format on the home page of…

Home – [Site name]

I’m not talking about what displays on the actual page. I’m talking about what the browser tab says. How can I just have the home page be named [Site name] and the other pages to be named [Page name] – [Site name]? I have a few other Virtue websites I’ve built and they all have that correct format.
