Hello,

My client’s website, maryaomalley.com, is not rendering this morning. In place of the Pinnacle Premium theme, the default theme Twenty Seventeen appears with only the homepage displayed.

The following error message appears within the WordPress Dashboard:

Broken Themes

The following themes are installed but incomplete.
Name: pinnacle_premium, Description: Stylesheet is missing. Delete.

My attempt to reinstall Pinnacle Premium was blocked, and I see no way to restore the missing stylesheet. Should I delete Pinnacle Premium and then reinstall?

Possibly related to this issue is that I attempted to hand code a two-column layout this morning, using the Text tab with the Page template. I did this at the recommendation of a plugin provider, who said that inserting their FAQs plugin into a widget (PageBuilder) may be the reason that I could not reorder FAQs according to client specifications.

Please let me know (1) how to restore Pinnacle Premium and its style sheet, (2) whether hand-coding the two-column layout caused the stylesheet to detach, and (3) if so, what steps can I take to place FAQs in the correct order.

Thank you,

Pamela
