How do you specify your own bestselling products in the bestselling car

Hi there
I am trying to change my home page layout and discovered that Virtue gives you lots of carousel options. Just to see how it would look like on the
website I added the bestselling carousel – and it pulls random products from my website. I am wondering if there is a way to specify the products on show in this
carousel?
I also added the featured carousel – and currently it’s just showing the headline. Again with this I’d like to know how I can specify the products I want to feature.
I am also looking at the full portfolio function, but before I ask I will check the forum for that. I remember that the set up was explained somewhere.
