can't get products to align or make boxes same size

I am working on an affiliate website to sell Amazon products and would like the product boxes to be even and have the photos somewhat similar in size. I’m using Woo Commerce and WordPress and would like my products to look something like this website:
I can’t find a way in either the Product settings in Woo or in Virtue to make this happen.
