Breadcrum – SubCategory product page

Hi,
Sorry for so many questions, i hope you can help me out once more.
In the single product page i noticed that in the header only the main category is been display within the breadcrum.
Ex.
Category: Multideporte
Subcategory: Reloj GPS
How can i make the subcategory to show in the breadcrum next to the category?
