Portfolio Archive Grid – Set Title, Subtitle & Background Image?

On a portfolio archive page.
Is there a easy admin panel way to set the Header background images, Titles, Sub titles on the archive pages?
I only plan on having this one main archive page for portfolio items. If there a specific template I can hard edit to set the Titles etc?
